Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault close to the scene. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people injured by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
